基于高职院校学生需求分析的思想政治教育研究——以武汉职业技术学院为例-《武汉职业技术学院学报》

摘要:: 高职院校大学生需求的主要体现内容包括:对校园环境的需求、学习的需求、技能的需求、人际关系的需求、求职的需求、表达自我的需求等几个方面。在对高职院校大学生的需求进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了高职院校大学生的需求结构及其具体表现,并提出加强和改进高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作的思路和对策:一是要把握高职院校大学生的关注点;二是培养高职院校大学生良好的职业素质;三是创新学生乐于接受的思想教育形式;四是为学生提供展示才华、获得锻炼的多种平台;五是解决学生的实际困难;六是发挥大学生自我教育的力量。

Abstract:: The paper set outs to investigate the needs of vocational college students and its representation. The re— search shows that higher vocational colleges students expresses the needs for good campus environment, social contact, learning and acquiring expertise, a descent job after graduation and self-expression. It puts forward ideas and solutions to meet the needs and accordingly the strategy of intensifying and improving ideological and political education in high— er vocational college. It proposes that ideological and political educators should attend the concerns of higher vocational college students, focus on fostering their professional quality, adopt enjoyable pattern of ideological education, provide more chances for the students to display their talent and practice, address the practical problems of the students and fi— nally give the rein to the students' self-education.
