摘要:
结合案例从高端技能型人才的内涵及特征入手,探讨了在培养高端技能型人才过程中应关注三方面的问题:关注入学初期的育人教育,注重培养学生的自信心和良好的职业道德素养;关注学生学习阶段的顶岗实习,注重专业技术技能培养;关注学生可持续学习力的培养,注重提升学生的可持续发展能力。
Abstract:
The paper argues that to meet requirements of the current economic and social development for highend skilled personnel, vocational colleges should set predictive goals. It sets out to analyze the practical case and pre原 sents the connotation and features of the high-skilled and three suggestions are made in developing training program. The orientation should focus on helping students build self-confidence and good professional ethics; internship program should be targeted at the training of professional and technical skills; the cultivation of students' sustainable learning a原 bility and improvement of the students' capacity for sustainable development should also be given special attention.
