摘要:
多头管理是当前引发我国人事考试管理各类问题的主要根源。通过理论研究和文献分析,剖析当前人事考试实际存在的问题。结合现阶段工作实际,提出建立具有独立性的统一管理体制,完善人事考试法律制度、加强管理监督力度,推进人事考试管理体制改革。
Abstract:
The overlapping management is the main cause of problems found in the administration system of the current recruitment examination. With the theoretical study and literature review, the paper analyzes the problem actu原 ally existing in the recruitment examination system. It then proposes the establishment of an independent united man原 agement system, improving legislation for recruitment exams, strengthening the supervision over the administration and promoting the reform of the examination system.
