摘要:
在技术落后、人才资源匮乏的条件下,中西部地区要实现城乡统筹,推进城镇化、工业化与农业现代化协调发展,资金显得尤为重要。目前中西部地区"三化"协调发展中需要大量资金,然而"三化"特殊性与资本逐利性,大量资金流出农村地区。文章深入分析"三化"中城镇建设、中小企业和农业产业的特殊性导致了"三化"协调中城镇化、工业化与农业现代化的资金短缺,并提出了解决其资金短缺的途径。
Abstract:
Capitals are especially important to the central and western regions where the technology is lagging and there is a serious lack of human resources. To promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and the urbanization, industrialization and modernization of agriculture, a large sum of fund is needed. The special features of industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture and profit pursuing nature of capitals lead to the outflow of a large amount of money from rural areas. This paper analyses causes of funding shortages and puts forward the way to solve the problem.
