摘要:
童装销售的货品管理是店铺运营的核心,它推动现金流的高速运转,带来巨大利益,是赢得市场最大化的唯一途径。它包括:订货管理、店铺销售管理、日常货品的归并管理和销售策略。童装市场的竞争,亦从产品竞争、价格竞争、营销手段竞争,逐步延伸到品牌之间的技术研发竞争、品牌文化竞争、以及货品管理的竞争。
Abstract:
The management of inventory is a core link to the running of retail business. It can help to enhance the flow of cash and bring enormous profit to the retailers, thus, it is considered to be the only way to win maximum market share. The management of inventory may involve order management, sales management, classification and labeling of clothes on sales and sales strategy. The paper points out that the competition in children's clothes market is extending from the product, price, marketing strategy to development technology, brand culture and the management of inventory.
