摘要:
根据中国旅游业的发展情形,分析多业态旅游市场环境,认为:旅游人才的质与量是制约中国旅游业发展的瓶颈。针对旅游人才培养中凸显问题及旅游职业教育的发展趋势,提出对旅游人才培养的五点建议:把握行业新动向,促进人才培养规格与市场需求的耦合化;开发旅游新专业,加快专业建设体系建设;对接旅游新业态,推进人才培养模式创新;树立国际化理念,加快旅游人才培养国际化;加强内涵建设,提高师资队伍的素能与质量。
Abstract:
The paper presents an analysis ,based on the development of the tourism industry in China, of the forming of the diversified operation in tourism markets and draws a conclusion that the quality and quantity of culturing of tourism teams turns out to be the bottleneck of the development. A survey on the present related problems is made and some proposals concerned are put forward for further development of tourism vocational education. The reflection and proposals might be of value for reference in the field of higher vocational education of tourism.
