摘要:
构构建高职院校教师培训评估体系,可以有效提高教师培训效果。建立在柯氏模型(Kirkpatrick)之上的高职院校教师培训评估体系由3个阶段7项指标24个主要观测点构成,采用这个评估体系可以对高职教师培训效果进行定性和定量分析,以期对高职教师培训进行准确评价。
Abstract:
To build evaluation system of teacher’s training in higher vocational college can effectively improve the effect of teacher’s training , which is a major issue in the construction of teaching staff in Higher Vocational college. Based on the Kirkpatrick model on the vocational college teacher’s training evaluation system composed of 7 indicators of 3 stages and 24 main observation point, this evaluation system can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis on the effect of higher vocational college teacher’s training, in order to make accurate evaluation of higher vocational college teacher’s training .
