摘要:

历史街区是指保存有真实历史信息的遗存,其体现着鲜活的生活状态,具有一定规模、能较完整地体现某一历史时期、某一民族或某一地方的鲜明特色,反映某一历史时期风貌特色的区域。从20世纪80年代中期开始,关于历史街区的研究主要是从概念着手的,进入21世纪,"历史街区"的研究开始突破文物保护、城市改造等领域,向着多元化视角展开,研究数量大幅增加、研究角度步步细化,研究学科不断多样,理论转化实践不断涌现,成为多学科关注的焦点。基于文物保护视角提出的历史街区,实践领域主要是从保护之上、抵制时尚,空间置换、商业地产,功能单

Abstract:

Historical block refers to the remaining true historical information, reflecting the living state of life, has a certain size, can fully reflect national characteristics of a certain historical period, and a certain historical area. Since the mid 1980 s, research on historical block mainly from concept, the historical block research began to break through the cultural relics protection, urban renewal, and other fields, multiple angle of view, in the 21st century, research in— creased in number, angle elaboration, the diverse disciplines study theory into practice, has become the focus of multi— ple disciplines. Based on the perspective of the protection of cultural relics of historical block, above mainly from pro— tection, resistance in the field of practical fashion, space replacement, commercial real estate, single function, ignore the residents, five-arched replica, confusing history development mode Angle. Historical block, however, only the creative tourism development, can will block into economic value, cultural value to "activate" historic district, to achieve the upgrade of the city. Through analysis and study on culture made production, cultural field, to build the city tourism de— velopment path, finally realizes the historical and cultural blocks and the combination of modern service industry, build harmony culture, leisure, business and tourism, which integrates with strong traditional culture characteristics of histori— cal and cultural blocks.
