摘要:
针对VERICUT数控仿真软件在机床模型构建上的开放性特点，在分析单一机床模型组件逻辑关系的基础上，介绍了机床组件模型及其运动关系构建的方法和思路，并就多个机床工位间前后接续加工的虚拟车间搭建进行了技术解析，论证了实施零件的数控机床加工虚拟现实的可行性。
Abstract:
In view of the openness of machine tool modelled with the VERLCUT numerical simulation software, this paper introduces the methods and ideas of constructing the relationship between the components of machine tool model and its motion based on the analysis of the logical relationship of single machine model component. At the same time, this paper introduces the technical analysis of virtual workshop multiple machine tool bit connection before and after processing. Finally, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of virtual the real implementation of the NC machine tool for machining parts.
