摘要:
在信息化发展背景下高校就业工作的信息化进程尚存在不足，严重制约着高校就业工作的开展，影响了高校的数字化建设和发展水平。开发就业信息管理系统，对系统需求、模块划分、模块详细设计及系统实现进行研究，有助于高校就业管理部门的信息化建设工作，有助于数字校园建设，对提高就业指导和管理水平有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
The paper sets out to analyze the deficiency found in the digitalization of employment information. It discusses the system requirements, module partition, and the realization of the system. The research results are beneficial to the establishment of information system of the university employment management and conducive to the construction of digital campus hoping it can have certain reference meaning for the improvement of employment guidance and management level.
