摘要:

移动互联网时代，高职院校的就业教育面临严峻的挑战。互联网思维关注人的主体性、强调简单专注、注重用户体验的特点为互联网时代高职院校的就业教育产生了积极的启示。将互联网思维大胆运用于创新高职院校就业教育工作，用“用户思维”和“产品思维”提供个性化就业教育方案，用“简约思维”和“极致思维”创设多元高效的就业服务平台，用“大数据思维”和“迭代思维”提升就业教育服务质量，可为高职院校就业教育工作的创新和发展提供新思路。

Abstract:

Mobile and internet technology have posed a great challenge to higher vocational colleges in terms of employability skills training. However, according to the internet thinking, individuality is focused; sheer concentration and customer experience are paid more attention to which in turn render inspiration to colleges engaged in employability skills training program. They have learned that these concepts of internet can be used in improving the programs. The idea of focusing on users or products from internet service provider implies that colleges customize employability skills training program; the concept of being simple and exhaustive can be applied in creating a pluralistic effective employment service platform; with big data and iteration idea, it is possible to improve the delivery of employment education and bring new ideas to the employment education.
