摘要:
社会救助是社会保障的一个重要方面，社会救助也是维护社会公平，保证社会成员平等享有社会发展成果的有力保障。近年来互联网技术和移动通讯设备快速普及和发展，传统行业与互联网联系不断紧密。残疾人社会救助事业对构建社会主义和谐社会至关重要，但是目前残疾人社会救助还存在最低生活保障制度划分标准不科学，残疾人医疗救助力度不足，社会组织参与缺乏等问题。当前在政府推广“互联网+ ”的背景下，残疾人社会救助事业应该充分利用互联网技术，更好为残疾人服务。
Abstract:
As an important aspect of social security, social assistance is a powerful guarantee in maintaining social fairness and guaranteeing the equality of social members enjoy the fruits of social development. In recent years, with the development of the Internet technology and the rapid development of mobile communication equipments, traditional industries and the Internet are becoming more and more closely linked. Because of the defect of body or mind, the disabled need government’s help to adapt to the society. The disabled social assistance is vital to building a socialist harmonious society. But the current it is not scientific for the disabled social assistance in the minimum living guarantee standard system. The medical aid is insufficient and lack of social organizations to help the disabled. At present, the government under the background of implementing the Internet Plus, social assistance for the disabled should make full use of the Internet technology to provide better services for the disabled.
