金融控股公司财务风险问题探究——基于AHP层级分析模型-《武汉职业技术学院学报》

摘要:: 目前，我国金融市场经济正在不断发展和提升，使得众多金融控股公司相继诞生。由于我国相关法律政策还尚未完善，致使很多金融控股公司在实际操作中不得不面临诸多财务风险。根据我国现阶段金融控股公司在经营财务管理中存在的问题进行整理分析，深入探析其融资结构、偿债能力、资金业务关系等，并建立金融公司财务风险控制指标，提出了一整套利用AHP层次模型定量计算相关指标权重的方法。同时，对金融控股公司多元化经营财务风险存在的问题提供相对应的策略，以有效降低金融控股公司面临的各种财务风险。

Abstract:: Nowadays, China’s financial market economy is constantly developing and upgrading, which makes a number of financial holding companies have been born. But the related legal policy in our country is not perfect, caused that a lot of financial holding companies have to face many financial risks in operation. Therefore, this paper try to analyze the existing problems of present stage in financial management of financial holding company, analyze its financing structure deeply, solvency and capital business relations and so on, and provide the corresponding strategies to financial risk management problems in diversified financial holding companies, in order to reduce the various financial risk effectively in the financial holding company.
