摘要:
针对透光浮雕产品提出了基于FDM技术制作的工艺原理和流程。根据用户提供的个性化图片,利用Photoshop软件将彩色图像转变为灰度图并优化处理;再用基于图像灰度的三维建模方法,将图像的灰度信息转换成透光浮雕的深度信息,完成浮雕数据模型;最后利用FDM打印机完成了透光浮雕的制作。通过对其平放与竖直3D打印工艺进行优缺点分析,便于用户选择合适的打印方式。
Abstract:
In this paper, a new technology of producing lithophane based on FDM technology is presented, and the principle of the new process is analyzed. Using the Photoshop software, the users personalized photo will be converted to grayscale, and the grayscale image is optimized. Then with the 3D modeling method based on the image gray level, the gray information of the image is converted to the depth information of the lithophane, and the data model is completed. The lithophane is completed by FDM printer, and then the process is optimized to achieve the balance of accuracy and processing time. With FDM printer, and compared its process, found that flat printing or vertical printing each have their advantages and disadvantages, and we can select the appropriate type of printing according to customer requirements.
