摘要:
“工匠精神”首次在政府工作报告中出现,使得职业教育的重要性再次被提起。当前,由于受多重因素的影响,高职院校的发展尤其是人才培养质量受到严峻挑战。“工匠精神”的缺失使得学校办学理念偏位、教师能力专注度不够、学生职业认同感低,对人才培养产生了不利影响。在国家顶层设计不够完善和企业发展理念滞后的情况下,高职院校可以通过调整优化教师队伍结构、将“工匠精神”教育纳入课程体系、重视教育教学活动的示范引领和加快“现代学徒制”实践等方面着力培育“工匠精神”。
Abstract:
“Craftsman Spirit” first appeared in the government work report, which makes the importance of vocational education was brought up again. Currently, it’s a great challenge to develop the higher vocational schools, especially the quality of talents training due to the impact of multiple factors. The lack of “Craftsman Spirit” makes the school running concept deviation,the ability and concentration of teachers is not enough, the students’ professional self-identity is low, which has a negative impact on the talents training. The country’s top design is not perfect,and the concept of enterprise development lag, the higher vocational schools can cultivate “Craftsman Spirit” by adjusting the structure of teachers,putting “Craftsman Spirit” education into curriculum system,paying attention to demonstration leading role of educational activities and accelerating the “modern apprenticeship system” practice.
