摘要:
职业教育吸引力的强弱,既是全社会对参与职业教育意愿的表征,也是检验职业教育社会价值的重要标志。当前,普遍存在职业教育对学生的吸引力缺失问题。从学生的视角来看,其根本原因是由教育工作者和职业学校二者学生观的定位不清导致的。管理范式真正秉持“学生本位”的理念是提升职业教育吸引力的根本路径,主要表现为“正确看待学生,避免灌输”、“建立人性化的课程体系”、“学生民主管理的归位”、“尊重学生专业选择的意愿”、“关注学生心理健康”等具体路径。
Abstract:
The attractiveness of vocational education is not only the representation of the whole society to participate in vocational education, but also an important sign of the social value of vocational education. At present, there is a common problem that the vocational education is lack of attraction for students. From the student’s point of view, the root is caused by the ambiguity of the position of the students’ ideas from both the educator and the vocational schools. Management paradigm really upholding the “student-centered” concept is the fundamental path to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education. There are specific ways, mainly as “treat students correctly, avoid indoctrination” and “establish humanistic curriculum system”, “students’ right of democratic management and respect the wills of students’ choice”, “pay attention to students’ psychological health” and so on.
