摘要:
校企协同创新平台是适应现代经济、社会新发展形势的创新组织模式。惠州经济职业技术学院与惠州市中航国旅旅行社有限公司合作成立协同创新平台——中航国旅经济学院门市部。运营实践表明,该平台能集中发挥校、企的资源互补优势,提升学校人才培养质量和企业的生产经营效益。为了实现校企协同创新平台的可持续发展,针对运营实践中存在的平台人员企业意识不强、岗位机会偏少、企业积极性低、协同创新深度不够等问题,校企双方应进一步凝聚愿景和需求,从明确合作目标、政策经费扶持、打造核心团队、创新合作项目等方面探索建立长效机制。
Abstract:
Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College set up a collaborative innovation platform with Huizhou City Air China Travel Service Co., Ltd.--Air China Travel International School of the store. Operation practice shows that it can play school and enterprise resources complementary advantages, and improve the quality of school personnel training and enterprise production and operation efficiency. The building and operating of collaborative innovation platform need to unite the vision and needs of both school and enterprise, playing the interests of the community. The clear goals of both, the establishment of security system, the formation of efficient team, and innovative cooperation projects, are the fundamental guarantee for sustainable development of collaborative innovation platform.
