摘要:
养老服务需要复合型人才。养老服务人才培养中实施协同教学具有必要性和可行性。通过展示养老服务人才培养中协同教学的实施经验，对未来养老服务人才培养中校际协同教学进行了展望。
Abstract:
Pension service needs compound talents. It is possible and feasible to implement team teaching for pension service personnel training. This paper shows the implementation of team teaching for pension service personnel training, and provides a prospect for this mode in the future.
