摘要:
针对水厂净水工艺多个车间工作站,以加矾加氯站的平流沉淀池桁车排泥控制为主,采用无线智能控制器实现与远程站S7-300PLC的通讯,进行了控制系统软硬件的设计。该设计以短距离无线传输控制方式解决了排泥桁车运动中线缆铺设的工作难度,并经实际应用验证了其可行性。
Abstract:
Water plant water purification process has a number of workshop workstations. Based on the control of the advection and sedimentation tank of the alum chloride station, the system uses a wireless intelligent controller to achieve communication with the remote station S7-300PLC, to design, and the design of software and hardware of the control system is carried out. The design of the short distance wireless transmission control method solves the difficulty of laying the cable in the movement of the dredge truck, and proves its feasibility through practical application.
