摘要:
刀架作为数控车床的重要配置,在机床运行中起着至关重要的作用,一旦出现故障将会使机床无法正常工作。结合日常维修经验,就华中系统数控车床常见刀架故障现象展开分析,提出相应的解决策略,对快速判断故障所在,缩短维修时间,降低维修成本有一定助益。
Abstract:
As an important configuration of numerically controlled lathe, NC turret plays a key role in the operation of the machine tool. Once they are breakdown, the machine will won’t able to work properly. This paper combines with the daily teaching and processing practice, mainly describes several common fault and eliminating methods of numerical control lathe four-station electric turret. I hope to provide some beneficial reference for you and help you to determine the malfunction quickly, shorten the maintenance time and reduce the maintenance cost.
