摘要:
以广东省71所高职学院的280名外语教师为被试,对高职教育改革背景下教师的职业心态进行了调查,结果表明:一是教师对于高职教育改革表现出矛盾的心态:既迫切希望改革教育现状,改善大环境,整体提升;又想要安于现状,不希望个体受到太大的冲击。但是,大多数教师依然选择理性面对现实,积极迎接教改挑战。二是对于职业现状与发展的心态:教师对学科知识表现出足够的自信,自认能够胜任目前的教学工作。但是由于自身和环境因素的限制,他们的职业追求更多地着眼于自我提升和利益等个人价值的实现,而教育改革大局等社会价值相对淡化。
Abstract:
Taking 280 foreign language teachers in 71 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province as subjects, this paper investigated the professional mentality of teachers under the background of higher vocational education reform. The results showed that: First, teachers showed a contradictory mentality to higher vocational education reform : Eager to reform the current education situation, improve the overall environment, improve the overall situation; also want to be comfortable with the status quo, do not want to be too much impact on the individual. However, most teachers still choose to face the reality rationally and actively meet the challenge of education reform. Second, the mentality of the status quo and development of the profession: Teachers show sufficient confidence in the subject knowledge, consider them competent for the current teaching work. However, due to the limitation of themselves and environmental factors, their professional pursuits are more focused on the realization of personal values such as self-improvement and interests, while the social values such as the educational reform overall are relatively diluted.
