摘要:
现有的大学生社会志愿服务模式比较单一，大学生与社会之间没有完全的对接。分析目前大学生社会志愿服务的几个常见问题，同时基于生态和双赢理念，提出了改进的大学生社会志愿服务模式，在充分了解社会需求的基础上，发挥大学生的专长，使得志愿服务更加多样性、更加有质量，同时让大学生在志愿服务中获得价值感，使得大学生与社会之间达到“双赢”，让参与社会志愿服务的双方都身心健康。
Abstract:
The existing social volunteer service model of university students is relatively simple, and there is no complete docking between college students and society. This paper gives some common problems of college students’ social volunteer service. At the same time, based on the concept of ecology and win-win, this paper puts forward the improved social volunteer service model. On the basis of fully understanding the needs of the society, college students should give full play to the expertise of college students and make the volunteer service more diversified and better quality. And at the same time enable college students to gain a sense of value in volunteerism, enabling students and the community to achieve a “win-win” situation so that both parties involved in volunteering for the society are physically and mentally healthy.
