摘要:
当前生源大战硝烟四起，职校的生存危机凸显，如何提高招生竞争力，摆脱困境，将成为高职院校当前重要而紧迫的问题。而产教深度融合，形成校企共同育人合力是提高高职院校招生竞争力的关键要素。推进产教深度融合，必须加强顶层设计，发挥政府的主导作用；加强职校自身能力建设，提升对企业的吸引力；加强统筹与规划，优化产教融合软环境；加强体制机制创新，推动产教深度融合。
Abstract:
With the pressure of student enrollment and the rising survival crisis of vocational colleges, how to improve the competitive competence of admissions and get rid of the predicament, will become the current important and urgent problem for higher vocational colleges. And the deep integration of education and industry, and the formation of college-enterprise joint educational resultant force is the key element to enhance the competitiveness of admissions in higher vocational colleges. This paper comes up with some ideas on how to promote the deep integration of education and industry, such as strengthening the top-level design to give full play to the government’s leading role, enhancing the capacity building of vocational colleges themselves to increase the appeal to enterprises; strengthening the overall planning to optimize soft environment of education industry fusion, and strengthening the innovation of system and mechanism to motivate the industry-education deep integration.
