摘要:
文章介绍了三维激光扫描系统在自动卸船机中的应用,分析三维激光扫描系统的工作流程,提出了激光扫描仪安装方案。在激光扫描后,PLC获取了料堆的三维外形,自动控制抓斗的抓取点和抓起深度,使卸船机在一个循环过程内运行过程得到了优化。
Abstract:
The articles introduces the application of 3D laser scanning system in automatic ship unloader. It ana— lyzes the working process of the system and puts forward the installation plan of the laser scanner. By the laser scan— ning, PLC captures the 3D shape of the material, the grabbing points and depth and thus the whole work process of the unloader in the circulation is optimized.
