摘要:

高校辅导员的服务对象是个性鲜明的大学生,要求辅导员不仅能够根据不同情境、不同学生采用差别服务策略,还能够以知识创新为基础进行技能和方法创新。而现有的知识创新研究主要基于企业视角,鲜有针对组织群体的知识创新研究。基于SECI知识创新模型,探讨高校辅导员知识类型,分析高校辅导员知识转化过程,并搭建高校辅导员知识创新Ba,对指导高校辅导员知识创新工作有重要意义。

Abstract:

As today's college students exhibit distinctive personality, university counselors are faced with chal— lenges in many ways. They need to come up with solutions to different problems arising in different situations. Thus, the paper argues that university counselors should be able to create skills and methods with innovative knowledge. The ar— ticle analyses knowledge transformation process based on the SECI and tries to find out methods and paths of knowl— edge innovation and establish a knowledge innovation model.
