摘要:
顶岗实习是每位高职院校学生在步入职场前必须经历的一个学习阶段，是学生将书本知 识升华为职业技能的一个重要环节。尽管各高职院校已投入大量资源帮助学生顺利完成 该阶段，但在顶岗实习过程中各类突发事件仍频频发生在学生身上，对学生的人身和财产 安全造成了极大的损失。通过对发生在学生顶岗实习期间的多起典型案例的分析，结合笔 者多年的辅导员工作经历，本文对学生、学校、企业在应对突发事件方面的不足之处进行 了初步探讨，并就如何构建突发事件预防预警机制提出了几点可行性建议。
Abstract:
As an essential stage before students in Higher Vocational Educational Institutes step into the work— place, work placements significantly facilitate students in the transformation of book knowledge into professional skills. Despite the large quantities of input of Higher Vocational Educational Institutes in this respect to help students to suc— cessfully finish this process, there still frequently arise a range of emergencies on the students, resulting in huge losses of students’lives and properties. This paper, based on the several typical case studies, conducted a preliminary analy— sis of the possible deficiencies of educational institutions，enterprises and students themselves in the handling of those emergencies, and proposed several feasible solutions to the foundation of the related prevention and precaution mecha— nism.
