摘要:
为适应社会和经济发展的需要，我国高职教育形成了具有自身特色的校园文化，但受到多 元文化的冲击和影响，我国高职院校校园精神文化建设困难重重，因此，如何整合多元文化 中的先进因素，确立适应高职院校发展的校园精神文化，自然成为我们高职教育研究领域 亟待解决的重大课题。
Abstract:
In order to adapt to the need of social and economic development,the higher vocational education in our country has developed the campus culture which has its own characteristics.But by the conflict and influence of multicultural,the spiritual culture development of our higher vocational education has various difficulties.Therefore, how to integrate the advanced factors of multicultural,and establish the campus spiritual culture which adapt to the development of the vocational college,which naturally has been the major issue in the research field of vocational education.
