当代大学的班级管理是一个动态的过程，是根据一定的教育任务，采取合适的手段措施，
带领学生，对班级内外各种资源进行计划、组织、协调、控制，以实现教育目标的组织过程。
这样一个过程的关键在于注重班级管理实务，即具体事务，是一个极好的培养学生基本职
业能力的场域。每一个学生都是班级管理实务的驱动者，可以通过计划、执行、检查、反馈
等行为在实务中得到基本职业能力的培养训练。

The contemporary university class management is a dynamic process, which is based on the task of
education, takes appropriate measures, to lead the students to class of various internal and external resources to plan,
organize, coordinate, control, to achieve the educational goals of the organization. Such a process is the key to focus on
class management practice, which mean specific affairs, is an excellent training field for student basic occupation
ability. How to improve student basic vocational capacity in class management practices? Actually, every student is the
driver of class practice, through the planning, implementation, inspection, feedback and other behavior in professional
practice in the ability to get basic training.
