2010年12月7日,关于增强欧盟职业教育与培训合作的《布鲁日公报》(theBrugesCom-muniqué)在比利时布鲁日正式通过,该公报是继哥本哈根进程中促进欧洲职业教育与培训的又一个重要文件。该公报总结了过去8年来哥本哈根进程已经取得的成绩,指出欧盟职业教育与培训面临怎样的现实和未来挑战;同时提出了未来10的工作目标,并且制定了2011-2014年具体的工作计划,为哥本哈根进程的进一步展开与欧洲职业教育一体化指出了明确的发展道路。
Abstract:
The Bruges Communique on enhancing European cooperation in vocational education and training was published formally in Bruges of Belgium in December 2010. It's another important document during the process of the integration of the vocational education and training in Europe after the announcement of Copenhagen Declaration. On the one hand, the Communique summarizes the achievements got in the Copenhagen process and points out the current and future challenges; on the other hand, the document sets objectives for the next decade, and also makes concrete plans for the period of 2011-2014. The paper argues that it has the significance for the further development of the Copenhagen process and the integration of the European vocational education and training.
