摘要:: 基于市场力量驱动与两岸经济环境转变,台商于80年代开始向大陆投资,产业型态由传统产业到高科技产业、厂商规模由中小企业到大型上市企业、投资诱因由追求低生产成本到开拓大陆市场,制造业在两岸之间的分工愈见紧密。尤其是台商电子信息产业因应生产全球化与市场销售趋势,除在制造方面进行水平与垂直分工,使两岸资源作有效率整合,并采取两岸功能性分工,布局全球,强化创新、研发及运筹能力,提升台湾地区产业国际竞争力。两岸签署经济合作框架协议(ECFA)后,将使两岸经济交流获得制度化的保障,两岸产业进行更紧密的结合,及提高两岸产业分工效益。

Abstract:: Driven by the market forces and the change of cross-strait economic environment, Taiwan industry be原 gan to invest in the mainland in the 1980s. Along with the switch from the traditional industries to high-tech industry, from the small- medium companies to large listed companies, from pursuing lower-cost production to expanding the mainland market, the cooperation between the manufacturing sectors cross the strait in terms of division of labors is be原 coming increasingly close. In response to the globalization of production and market trends, Taiwanese electronics infor原 mation industry resorts to not only horizontal and vertical division of labor in manufacturing to integrate resources, but also cross-strait functional division of labor, even global distribution, R & D and logistics ability to enhance the inter原 national competitiveness of Taiwan's industry. In the wake of the signature of the Framework Agreement on Economic Cooperation（ECFA）, the cross-strait eco原 nomic exchanges and cooperation will be under institutionalized protection, further helping improve the efficiency of cross-strait division of labor.
