摘要:
城镇化在"三化"协调进程中发挥着重要的传导与辐射作用,城镇化既是工业反哺农业、城市带动农村的传导载体,也是城市高端生产要素向农村辐射扩散的主要通道,对牵引农业现代化、支撑新型工业化起到重要的衔接与辅助作用。借鉴山东、浙江、江苏三省在城镇化进程中的有益做法,提炼出立足各自省情、注重规划引导、培育主体形态、强化创新驱动、壮大多极节点、统筹区域协调等经验,助推湖北城镇化科学发展,实现城镇化数量与质量同步提升的目标。
Abstract:
Urbanization plays an important role in coordinating informationization, industrialization and localization. The effect of industry in reimbursing agriculture and driving the development of agriculture is taken via the process of urbanization and high-level production materials can be distributed to rural areas in the process. Thus, the urbanization can lead to the modernization of agriculture, bolstering up new industries. The paper sets out to examine the practices of Shandong, Zhajiang and Jiangsu province with urbanization and draw on experience useful for that of Hubei province. To promote the urbanization of Hubei province on quality and quantity basis, it concludes that the local government should make their decisions based on actual situation of the cities; a general blueprint should be worked out to guide and coordinate the urbanization of cities in the whole province; a dominant form of the ideal city should be developed for others to follow; innovative initiatives should be encouraged in the process.
