摘要:
目前高职院校存在顶岗实习企业难固定、顶岗实习期间学生难管理等问题,针对这些问题,港口工程技术专业从创新校企合作机制、强化安全教育、落实"双导师制"等五个方面提出了相应措施。
Abstract:
The paper sets out to examine the difficulties in implementing internship program for post engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges. It is found that the cooperative relations with enterprises are unstable and difficulties arise in the management of interns on college's part. To tackle the difficulties, the paper proposes im原 proving the pattern of cooperation between enterprise and vocational college, strengthening safety education and per原 forming double tutors system.
