摘要:: 汉正街地区产业功能,要围绕建设国家中心城市超级核心区进行规划设计,以高端服务业作为产业发展方向,以金融业、商业、旅游观光及文化产业、会展及国际采购业作为发展重点,打造服务中部的世界级滨江中央服务区(CSD)。完善汉正街地区产业功能布局,打造绿色生态环境;采取灵活多样的开发模式,加大项目融资力度;提升汉正街地区管理级别,提高管理和决策效率;强化政府产业政策指导,鼓励企业创新发展。

Abstract:: The paper holds that the industrial development in the Hanzheng Street community should be intended for the establishment of the national center city, oriented towards the high-end services and taking the finance, com原 merce, tourism, culture, exhibition and the international procurement industry as a priority. It suggests that the worldclass riverside central service district （CSD）should be created in the central China; the industrial layout of Hanzheng Street community should be improved, and a green ecological environment should be established; the flexible develop原 mental mode should be administrated to attract more investment; the management level of Hanzheng Street should be promoted, and the efficiency of management and decision-making should be upgraded. Meanwhile, the governmental guidance to industrial policy should be strengthened, and the innovation and development of enterprises should be en原 couraged.
