休闲农业企业作为休闲农业旅游的载体,不仅承载着游客多样化的需求,还承载着来自供应商、竞争者、替代者等多方的压力。结合湘潭花漾山谷的调研,以波特五力模型为依据,从供应商与旅游者、现有竞争者、潜在进入者、替代者五个方面分析农庄的竞争力,进而提出相应的竞争策略,以期促进整个休闲农业产业链的良性发展。

As a carrier of leisure agriculture tourism，leisure agriculture enterprises bear diverse needs of tourists，
as well as multi-pressure from suppliers，competitors，substitutes and so on. Combining the research of Maximo Oliv原
eros Valley in Xiangtan with the basis of five force model, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of it from the aspects
of suppliers，tourists，existing competitors，potential entrants and substitutes.Furthermore it proposes appropriate com原
petitive strategies，then promotes healthy development of the whole leisure agriculture industry chain.
