摘要:

温泉旅游是一种新兴的旅游业态，温泉旅游节奏舒缓、惬意，适宜人群广泛，故而受到大众 的追捧，成为省内旅游增长最快的板块。温泉资源是一种有限再生的地质资源，对温泉资 源的开发必须遵循可持续化发展的理念。而湖北温泉资源的大规模开发，已使自然环境不 堪重负。通过对湖北省温泉资源建立定量分析模型，从自身资源条件、人文资源条件、环境 条件、区位条件、区域条件5 个方面，16 个因子进行分析，凸显温泉资源的显性优势与劣 势，对后期的旅游开发指明方向。

Abstract:

Hot springs has been a new tourist attraction. The pleasant and leisure pace of life there can please al— most every tourist’s tastes. Thus, hot springs tourism has seen the fastest growth in Hubei province. As hot springs is a limited but renewable geological resource, exploitation of this resource should follow the principle of sustainable devel— opment. However, the massive exploitation of hot springs in Hubei province has imposed great burden on environment. The paper sets up a quantitative analysis model to examine the hot springs resources in Hubei province. 16 factors are extracted and analyzed from the five aspects of human resources and cultural environment, natural environment condi— tion, geographical advantages, regional advantages and other capacity. The dominant advantages and disadvantages of hot springs are brought to prominence, which may tell the orientation of later development.
