摘要:
中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成。随着我国现代职业教育体系建设、劳动者终生 职业培训体系建设的加速推进，以及两种模式的高考制度的即将推行，中等职业教育在整 个职业教育体系中的战略地位日益突显。鉴于目前中等职业教育发展中所出现的萎缩情 形，以及社会用工中出现的“普工荒”、“技工荒”、地方本科毕业生的就业难等问题，通过文 献及政策分析法，全面分析大力发展中等职业教育的现实依据和时代契机，期望引发社会 各界对中等职业教育社会价值的广泛关注与理性思索。
Abstract:
Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in China. With the accelerating of China’s modern vocational education construction system and laborer’s lifelong vocational training construction system, the implementation of the two modes of the college entrance exam system, the strategic position of secondary vocational education in the vocational education system will become increasingly important. According to the atrophy of current secondary vocational education, problems such as“general worker shortage”, “skilled worker shortage”, and local college graduates unemployment are widespread. Through methods of literature and policy analysis, the paper analyzes the realistic basis and era opportunity of secondary vocational education to arouse the extensive concern of social value and rational thinking of all sectors of the society on secondary vocational education.
