摘要:: 校企跨区域合作培养产业群人才的实质是国家产业结构变革背景下，企业资源与教育资源的一种双向流动，实现了从单一到群体的对应拓展，对平衡区域间教育资源、满足产业群人才需求和促进职业教育发展具有重要的现实意义。及时总结和发现这种新型合作模式在实践中的问题并思考应对的有效办法，将为我国职业教育改革发展提供新的思路和借鉴。

Abstract:: Under the background of national industry structure reform, the essence of cross -regional cooperation between schools and enterprises in industry cluster talents’ cultivation is a two -way flow of enterprise resources and education resources. It has an important realistic significance on balancing regional education resources, meeting the demand of industrial cluster talents and promoting the development of vocational education. It will provide us new ideas and references for vocational education reform in China by summarizing and thinking about the problems of the new mode of cooperation in practice.
