摘要:
高职院校传统的学生党员培养发展是由院系学生党支部负责实施，传统培养发展体系存 在扩招后学生数激增培养质量下降、标准化质量监控体系缺失、人为因素偏大以及“威信 危机”凸显等四方面的问题。基于系统工程理论的高职院校学生党员培养发展系统，可以 确保扩招后学生数激增培养高质量、标准化质量监控体系建立、人为因素减少、培养发展 工作权威性加强，从而使学生党员培养发展工作更加规范化、制度化以及科学化。
Abstract:
The traditional way of cultivating student party members is administrated by the students’party branch in each school. In fact, it has the following four problems after the increase in student numbers: decreased quality of member training program, lack of standard monitoring system, magnification of man-made effect, and “prestige crisis”. The paper sets out to address these problems and propose a student membership development system based on systems engineering theory. It is believed that the new system could guarantee the quality of the party members and make this work more standardized, institutionalized and scientific.
