摘要:: 中国政府推行城乡养老保险制度改革,将新农保与城居保进行并轨,有助于打破城乡二元制结构,推进我国社会公平化进程。与此同时,在推行城乡养老保险制度过程中,由于制度设计、财政支持与信息系统建设等方面都存在一些问题,要求政府合理设置养老金制度参数,加大财政对于养老金的投入及完善信息化服务建设,确保公民共享经济发展的成果。

Abstract:: Our government carries out the reforms of the urban- rural endowment insurance system，combines the new rural endowment insurance and urban endowment insurance, which is conducive to break the urban- rural structure and do good to our social justice. At the same time，because of the system design，finance and information system，the re— form is difficult. To develop the urban-rural endowment insurance rationally，the government should increase financial input，and it would improve the construction of information. In these ways our government can achieve the social justice.
