摘要:: 从文化创意的视角对高职模特校企结合现状、高职服装表演编导创意设计、高职模特表演校外大型比赛的实践情况进行了分析和研究，提出赛训结合培养个性化模特表演人才；针对校外模特竞赛的泳装文化创意设计；模拟创意设计校外大赛场景等措施。进一步提出了通过校企合作深化高职模特表演竞赛途径；立足文化创意针对性培养模特表演人才；成立 “导师工作室”完成产学研一体化的教学等路径发展。

Abstract:: The paper sets out to investigate into the cooperation program of vocational colleges and enterprises and puts forward measures in promoting the model show competition; it analyzes creative cultural designs of fashion show directors and suggests simulating the scenes of off campus competition to train contestants; from the perspective of cul— tural creativity, it studies the practice of tutoring model contestants and puts forward a competition plus training mode for cultivating the fashion show models with special charm. Finally, the paper proposes setting up "tutor workshop" to follow the integrated development path of production, learing and research.
