摘要:
近几年随着新兴媒体的出现,长江传媒得到了快速的发展,但在其投融资方面存在着影响其 进一步发展的系列相关问题。基于问卷调研采用案例分析、规范与实证分析结合法等方法 在分析借道资本市场扩张的速度加快、长江传媒投融资手段专业化增强等投融资现状的基 础上,分析了长江传媒投融资方面存在的投融资体制机制不完善等问题,最后提出建立投融 资法律法规、健全投融资体制和机制等策略。
Abstract:
In recent years, with the emergence of new medias, the Yangtze river media has a rapid development. There is a series of related problems affecting the further development of its investment and financing. Based on questionnaire research, the case analysis, in combination with norms and empirical analysis method ,the Yangtze river media has problems in mechanism of investment and financing system. This paper proposes strategies of establishing investment laws and regulations, and the mechanism of investment and financing syste .
