针对出现故障的某XK2725 数控定梁龙门移动式镗铣床实例，根据故障排除的基本原则，
在详细分析故障可能性的基础上提出了相应的维修处置对策，并通过逐级排查最终确定了
故障点，可为重型数控机床故障诊断与维修提供借鉴与参考。

Taking the fault of a certain XK2725 CNC girder fixed boring and milling machine as an example,
according to the basic principles, the paper puts forward the corresponding maintenance on the basis of detailed
analysis of fault disposal countermeasures. At last it determined the breakdown point step by step which provides
references to the fault diagnosis and maintenance of heavy CNC machine
