摘要:

培养学生综合职业能力是职业院校专业教师的核心职责，而正确理解综合职业能力的内涵 是专业教师实践其培养的前提。在学生综合职业能力培养中，专业教师要成为学生入职的 引路人、良好职业道德的传递者以及职业文化进课堂的桥梁。完成培养综合职业能力的职 责，对专业教师提出了更高的要求，包括掌握现代职业教育的先进理念，研究职业教育规 律，热爱专业，熟悉职业，具备教学设计能力，掌握正确的教育教学方法等。

Abstract:

The paper holds that cultivating students' overall job skills is essential duty of major teachers, however, before that, they have to have a right understanding about the connotation of overall occupational abilities. In the whole process, they have to be the mentors of students' employment, the imparters of ethic code and communicators of workplace culture and classroom. To fulfill the duty of cultivating the students' occupational abilities, major teachers need to have a good comprehension of modern vocational education conception, study the rules of vocational education, have passion for their specialty, familiarize with industry trend, be equipped with ability of designing classroom activities and master the pedagogical methods.
