摘要:
宜居是乡村旅游开发的目的，也是新农村建设的重要组成部分。评价宜居乡村主要从居住条件、经济环境、社区环境、人文环境、生态环境等诸多方面的因素，是自然、经济、人文、环境及社会有机统一的系统工程。因此，乡村旅游开发应围绕宜居要素开展，即实施乡村经济的发展、生态环境的营建、休闲空间的创造、交通方式的构建、安全措施的强化、乡村文化的保护等开发策略。
Abstract:
Livability is not only the aim of developing rural tourism, but also important standard for the construction of a new countryside. The village is evaluated mainly from its economic environment, living conditions, community facilities, cultural and ecological environment, which integrate, economic, cultural, environmental and social factors. The paper holds that the development for tourism of rural areas should aim at improving their livability. That’s to say, the local government should try to promote the economic development, build harmonious ecological environment, provide more recreation, improve transportation and social security and protect rural culture.
