摘要:: 乡村治理是社会治理的一部分，社会治理是国家治理的基础层面。明确农村社会的主体和对象是农村治理的基本问题，对农村社会分层结构的分析目的在于把握结构变迁中各阶层的社会需求特征，调动各阶层参与农村治理的方式和途径，使农村社会达到良治，进而推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，将中国特色社会主义制度的优越性转化为国家治理的效能；摆脱传统人治社会的影响，建设法治社会；使国家各方面制度科学有效运行。因此，将农村社会分层与现代乡村治理结合起来，具有较为重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Abstract:: Rural Governance is a part of social governance,which is the basic level of national governance. The subject and object of rural society is the basic problem of rural governance. The purpose of social stratification is to grasp the characteristics of social demand of all levels. The ways to mobilize all levels to be involved in rural governance can achieve good governance and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. Therefore, combining the social stratification and modern rural governance will have important theoretical and practical significance.
