摘要:
目前，各高校都在编制学校“十三五”教育事业发展规划，在此基础上做好教师个人职业发 展规划也是非常重要的，值得研究。基于对职业发展规划相关概念、教师职业发展规划的意 义、教师职业发展规划的要素与步骤、教师职业发展规划撰写及注意的问题等四个方面详 细解读与分析，运用案例分析法，对如何编制教师职业发展规划、实现学校与个人的共同发 展提出具体设计方案和实施建议。
Abstract:
The paper argues that planning for teacher’s professional development is as important as that for the whole educational cause of colleges for the 13th five-year. It explains what professional development planning means, what are the points for planning, factors and steps involved and problems worthy noticing in the composition of the plan. It then introduces how to work out a plan to achieve the mutual development of both college and teachers.
