摘要:: 自党的十八大以来，推进城乡基本公共服务均等化已经成为我国各级政府的主要任务和目标之一。通过分析当前我国城乡之间基本公共服务均等化的现状，针对城乡基本公共服务非均等化在体制上存在的问题，提出改革财税体制、打破城乡二元户籍制度、畅通农民利益表达渠道、建立有效的城乡基本公共服务均等化监督制度和绩效评估体系等建议。

Abstract:: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, one of the main tasks and goals of the government at all level is to promote basic public services equalization between urban and rural areas. Through the analysis of current status and existing problems of basic public services equalization, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions such as the reform of the fiscal and taxation system, breaking the urban and rural household registration system, opening channels of farmers’ interest expression, establishing an effective supervision and performance evaluation system and so on.
