针对材质为50CrVA膜片弹簧的断裂现象,通过电镜扫描和金相分析等手段,对断裂部位的断口形貌和组织进行了试验观察,分析出其原因是:在加工该膜片弹簧的外圆弧时,边缘出现微裂纹,经压淬和热处理后扩展,先期开裂部分被高温氧化,在进行最终弹性检测时受往复压迫而失稳开裂。

According to the phenomenon of 50CrVA diaphragm spring cracking, this paper tries to find out the reasons that observing the carking sample by metallographic microscope and SEM. It shows that,at the time of working the outer circular of the diaphragm spring,micro-cracks appeared on the edge, then during heat treatment, early cracking site was oxidized,at last it was instability cracking at the time of elastic detection.
