摘要:
运用文献资料法、访谈法、调查法、个案研究等方法,运用在勒温场论分析中职学生学习存在的问题、影响因素(个人因素:身心特点、挫折感、自我效能感低等;环境因素:政策因素、学校因素、家庭和社会环境因素等)及应对措施(增强自我效能感,重塑自信;树立奋斗目标,自我激励;以榜样为示范,荣誉激励;课内与课外相结合,寓教于乐;加强民主教育与管理,人文熏陶;加强校园文化建设,文化育人)。
Abstract:
With the guidance of Kurt Lewin’s field theory, the paper analyses what problems students in a vocational school have in learning and what influences their learning by literature review, interview,survey and case study. And then it puts forward solutions to their learning problems,such as enhancing their self-efficacy to build confidence,setting goals to motivate themselves, following models to inspire themselves, connecting in-class learning and after-class activities to balance study and life, building campus culture to educate students.
