摘要:
随着我国公共服务需求的增大，政府不能仅作为我国公共服务的主要提供者，公共服务的提供需要不同组织间进行合作。政府与非政府组织、企业间合作供给公共服务有利于节约成本，增加收益，实现公共服务的有效供给。现阶段，我国对于公共服务组织间合作供给研究主要集中政府与私营组织的公私合作制、政府购买非营利组织公共服务供给方式的研究，对于组织理论角度研究组织间合作关系的研究依旧薄弱。
Abstract:
With China's increasing demand for public services, the government can not be the only main provider of public services and the provision of public services requires the cooperation among different organizations. Government cooperating with non-governmental organization and enterprises in the supply of public services can save costs, increase revenue, achieve effective supply of public services. At present, our research focuses on the public-private partnership system between government and private organizations, the way of government purchasing non-profit organizations in supply of public services. But research on cooperation between organizations from the theoretical point is still weak.
